Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Yoob AI Ltd., with offices at 92 Kore Lane, Metar 8502500, Israel (IL) ("Yoob AI", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Bangs mobile application, our related websites, and the services available through them (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last updated" date, and where appropriate notify you in the App.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate, current information.

4. The Services

Bangs lets you preview hairstyles, hair colors, and other looks on your own photo using AI models and related tools, including beautify and enhance features.

We may add, remove, or change features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Some features may be labeled beta or experimental and may change or be discontinued at any time.

5. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

Some features require a paid subscription or a credit (boost) balance. Prices and credit costs are shown within the Services and charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

By purchasing, you agree to the store's terms and authorize recurring billing where applicable.

• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
• Credits may expire when your plan ends or after an extended period of inactivity.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, currency conversion, and bank charges.
• We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice.
• Chargebacks or reversed payments may result in account suspension.

6. Your content and AI outputs

You retain ownership of the photos and content you provide ("Inputs"). You grant Yoob AI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Inputs and related data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Services.

Generated results ("Outputs") are produced by AI and may be similar to results provided to other users. We do not guarantee that Outputs are unique, accurate, or suitable for any purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to your Inputs and for how you use Outputs, including compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else do so.

• Do not use the Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Do not generate or share content that exploits or sexualizes minors.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Do not impersonate others or create deceptive content, including deepfakes, without consent.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Services without our permission.

8. Safety and moderation

We may monitor or review content to enforce these Terms and our safety policies, and we may remove content, limit usage, or suspend accounts that violate them.

9. Feedback

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.

10. Intellectual property

Yoob AI and its licensors own the Services, including software, branding, and proprietary content. Except for the limited rights granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. Bangs trademarks and branding may not be used without written permission.

11. Third-party services

The Services integrate with third-party providers, including AI model APIs, cloud storage, analytics, advertising, and payment processors. Their terms and policies apply to your use of those services, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a detailed notice to support@yoob.com.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or where required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

14. Disclaimers

The Services and Outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. Verify results before relying on them, and do not rely on Outputs as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoob AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Yoob AI harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your Inputs, or your violation of these Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel, unless otherwise required by law.
